New Haven’s Hogue Picks BSU, Stone To USF

NEW HAVEN, Ind. (WANE) – A pair of New Haven football standouts made their college choice official on Friday as Jordan Hogue signed with Ball State while Brandon Stone inked with Saint Francis.

A receiver, Hogue earned four varsity letters for coach Jim Rowland at New Haven. A two-time all-NHC pick, he was New Haven’s MVP as a senior. Last fall he racked up 61 receptions for 1,117 yards (a school record) and 14 touchdowns. His career totals are 109 catches, 2,083 yards (also a school record) and 24 touchdowns.

A defensive lineman, Stone was an all-NHC pick this past season and was All-State honorable mention. He finished the season with 54 tackles (34 solo) and eight sacks.
