Cougars Fall In Overtime To Bethel

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – No. 11 Saint Francis fell at home to no. 17 Bethel in overtime by a score of 85-82 Wednesday night at the Hutzell Center.

Bishop Dwenger graduate Scott Kohne led USF with 26 points. Austin Fox added 19 while Kegan Comer chipped in with 12.

Comer missed a free throw that would have given USF a 74-73 lead in regulation with 3.3 seconds to play.

Bethel was led by Zach Miller and Matt Schauss with 24 points apiece while Ryan Benner added 16.
