FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE)- With more snow falling across the area county officials throughout northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio have issued travel alerts.

Allen County currently has a Travel Advisory. The lowest level of alert means routine travel or activities may be restricted in areas due to hazardous conditions. Motorists should use caution or avoid certain travel areas.
Most other counties in northeast Indiana are under a Travel Watch.
Several northeast Indiana counties are under Travel Warnings which means traffic is limited to emergency vehicles and workers only.
In Ohio, Williams, Defiance, and Paulding counties have issued a Level 3 Snow Emergency. Only emergency traffic is permitted to travel roads due to many rural and county roads being impassible due to blowing and drifting snow.
Mercer County is under a Level 2 Snow Emergency.
