WABASH, Ind. (WANE) – The former mistress of convicted wife killer Scott Pattison has learned her punishment for giving police false statements.

In January, Stacy Henderson pleaded guilty to false informing.

On Tuesday, a judge sentenced Henderson to 180 days in jail suspended.  That means she will not spend any time in jail.  She also got 60 days home detention and one year probation.

The sentencing was part of a plea agreement in which Henderson pleaded guilty to misdemeanor False Informing and prosecutors dropped the Felony Perjury charge.

Henderson had nothing to say to the media as she entered and left the courtroom.

In December 2010, Scott Pattison was sentenced to 60 years in prison for the murder of his wife, Lisa Pattison, in July of 2009.

Pattison was convicted in November. A jury decided Pattison killed Lisa in their rural Wabash County home in July of 2009. It’s believed he suffocated her with a barbell on a weight bench in their home in  LaFontaine.
